hi, im struggling a little bit on my nihongo no sakubun,

i have to make a CV for a japanese agency and on the skills section under

自分のアピール, these 3 words come up. I'm at a loss at what they mean since this is my first encounter with these new kanji ( i think ).

I've attached the kanji i drew in photoshop below, please forgive my bad kanji drawing skills. lol.

どうもうありがとう in advance.
