i don't know what 'daisuki desu' means. I think it is some type of goodbye but i don't know the exact translation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Daisuki desu "REALLY like it"



for instance... "kuruma wa daisuki desu" (i really like cars)

It can also mean, "I love you," and this might be more likely if contextually you thought it was a goodbye.
