Your question doesn't make sense. What do you mean by "completing any if not all" tests?

You don't have to take the tests in order, so if you're good enough to take level 2 right off the bat, you don't have to go back and get 3 or 4.
The certificates for level 3-4 are useless except to gauge your own Japanese Level. At level 2 you can use the certificate to prove you are competent enough at Japanese to enter college or some jobs. Level 1 says that you are good enough in Japanese to function in a Japanese business environment. (at least, that's what the test is supposed to gauge, whether or not it actually proves proficiency is the topic for another post.)
