I wonder if someone could find past test listening mp3 files for the jlpt3 on the internet.
Any comment would be appreciated.

Someone may be able to find them but I would question the legality of such files.
The past exam papers, complete with the full audio of the listening part of the test, are published by the Japan Educational Exchanges and Services and the Japan Foundation and can be purchased fromTheJapanShop.com here.
