N3 Kyuu Specifications?

A couple of days ago I heard by word of mouth that the specifications for N3, the new level were roughly this

Kanji:650
Vocab: 3750

I was given a link but cannot remember what I did with it. Anyway, can anyone confirm these numbers to be true

I haven't seen numbers for N3. And according to their site, we may not get as much detailed info as before:

The “Test Content Specifications” which includes the lists of vocabulary, kanji , and
grammar are not going to be published for the new test.

The old test was:
3 ~300 (284) kanji ~1,500 (1409) vocabulary
2 ~1000 (1023) kanji ~6,000 (5035) vocabulary

And the new N3 is supposed to be right in the middle. So those numbers look about right.
