Thanks ココさん.
Well, I'm a bit hesitant, hoping not to make a fool of myself....
But here's my try:

問1) もし母が生きていたら、きっと喜んでくれただろ
If mother was still alive, that would really be wonderful.
問2) 僕は 朝 起きたら 、まずトイレに行きます。
When I get up in the morning, first thing I do is go to the toilet.
問3) 山本さんは豚肉のは食べられますが、牛肉は食べられません。
Yamamoto-san can(will) eat pork, but not beef.
問4) けいたい電話を買えば、デパートより あの店の方が安いですよ。
If you going to buy a mobile phone, that shop is cheaper then the department store.
問5) 食事が終わったら、部屋をそうじしてください。
When you finished the meal, please clean the room.

Edit:
After reading SS' post and giving it some more thought, I think Ill go with:
問4) けいたい電話を買うなら、デパートより あの店の方が安いですよ。

as well

This is my attempt. (not easy,

I know i'm a minority in this one, but I can't see why it could not be this! Though I have nothing against 買うなら。。。。

問5) 食事が 終わったら、部屋(へや)をそうじしてください。

I'm afraid this English may be incorrect.
Could anyone give us the correct one please?

If mother is still alive, I guess she'll be very happy for sure.

もし母が生きているなら、きっと喜んでくれただろう。

If mother were still alive, she would undoubtedly be glad (for you/us).

I am doubtful it can be いたら because of the chronology constraint.

Gundaetiapo has it. I would have used definitely over undoubtedly, but that's a matter of personal taste.
If mother is still alive, I guess she'll be very happy for sure.

"is" doesn't work here because these types of statements are always made in the past tense. Basically, if something cannot happen in the present or future tense, then it becomes past tense.
Were and was. Use were after if or wish if the statement contradicts fact; use was if the statement is true.

I was struggling with this meaning of the sentence, which is why I added my interpretation. This meaning makes far more sense.

Think,think,think.... ;)
Yes, I think I agree with your statement, いるなら must be it.
Boy, very hard on the grey matter indeed.

"If mother is still alive" could work if you aren't sure whether mother is currently alive or not, which makes it an unlikely sentence.

SSさん Gundaetiapoさん infidel さん 英文をありがとうございました。
---
SSさん、全問正解です。おめでとう!! すばらしい。 :D

問1) もし母が生きていたら、きっと喜んでくれだろう。
The clue is くれだろう。
〜たら+ Vた(past tense)+ だろう is one of the patterns.
This sentence implies the speaker's mother had already passed away.

先生がここにいたら、山田を叱っだろう。
If the teacher were here, s/he would have scolded Yamada. (?)

もし母が生きているなら、きっと連絡してくれだろう。
can work since it is "present"+ "prediction".
If my mother were alive, she would undoubtedly contact me/us.(?)

* Generally 母 is used as speaker's mother. As for a mother except speaker's, 母親 would be used in plain form. (あなたの) お母様 or(あなたの)お母さん would be used in face to face conversation.

問2) 僕は朝起きたら、まずトイレに行きます。 Nobody failed.

問3) 山本さんは豚肉なら食べられますが、牛肉は食べられません。
なら as a limited condition.

問4) けいたい電話を買うなら、デパートより あの店の方が安いですよ。
なら + suggestion. Suggestion/advice/recommendation before the purchase.

けいたい電話を買ったら、支払いに注意しましょう。
After buying a cell phone, mind your telephone bill.(?)
Suggestion/advice after the purchase.

問5) 食事が終わったら、部屋をそうじしてください。 Nobody failed.
