I only have Azumanga Daioh (4) Full Metal Alchemist (9) and School Rumble (5)
I've only just started collecting these.
And the bookstores in my town don't sell many manga so I buy them online.
I have some anime too, but I haven't seen them all yet. I'm a bit behind.

I saw the first episode of School Rumble. I really want to get the books but I found out there's 15.

Ha! 15 is nothing. One of my friends invested in Tsubasa Revoir Chronicles and that is going to have 23 or something perposterous...Then she had to go out and buy all of Clamp's (the group...you know...) books so she could see all of the stories from a different perspective...I don't know where she gets all her money. She doesn't even have an allowance from her parents or a job or anything that would supply her with money...maybe she mugs people for her manga/ anime funds...I don't really want to think about it.

Dude, that's hilariously terrible. Anyways, I don't like Clamp very much... Their manga seems to be very boring in my perspective.
Anyways, I have a series with 15 books I fully collected and I'm in the middle of getting Rurouni Kenshin which is 28 books.

I just recently bought Saiyuki Reload vol3. I was talking with this girl who was in the book store and she said that the previous day before I came there she bought Saiyuki Reload 1+2!! I was so angry. lol. So then I got volume 3 and I'll get the others later...

Alright. I finally got a paycheck again, and with that, I purchased some long overdue titles that I've been wanting for a while:

Pom Poko on DVD (I EFFING LOVED THAT MOVIE!!!!)
Even better, I got them cheaper than Amazon. I love the Borders Rewards weekly coupons!

I also got the newest Inuyasha Movie a few weeks ago but the aforementioned are alot better.

Kashin-san, I love trigun!!! I saw a preview for the anime (a loaner from one of my friends) and I loved it instantly. How are the manga? Should I invest in them? Ah! Speaking of buying manga...
I just got the second volume of Vampire Knight yesterday. I like vampire Knight, but it's not really one of my favorites. I actually bought it more for my sister than myself. (I've been reading it in my friend's Shojo Beat magazines so I know what's going to happen by the time the book comes out...I won't let my sister reas Shojo Beat so she can't be spoiled like I was...It's kind of hard since she's older than I am...) While I was at the book store though, I saw a manga called Labrynth, and was excited because I thought "Wow, wouldn't it be great if it was a manga about the Jim Henson movie...?". Then, sure enough, it was based off of the movie (one of the greatest movies ever by the way...If you haven't seen it find and see it as fast as you can.). The cover art was beautiful and I was poised and ready to just buy right then...but unfortunatly the cover art was done by a different person then the rest of the book. Ahhh, I was so dissapointed! I might just go buy it any way, though...

I think the Trigun manga is great. For me it's a little harder to follow, just cause the illustrations are so detailed, and i'm not great with kana sound effects. If you like Trigun at all, I would say get the Manga. The original story comes in a thicker volume (about the size of two normal volumes of manga) but I think you get more for your money. Trigun Maximum is a followup to the original story (2-years after the events in Trigun) it's good, but I would read the original story to understand the sequel story.

Ah...I miss the days when fantasy was expressed with Puppets. All the greatest movies of Sci-Fi and Fantasy were in the days when puppets (or muppets) were used instead of this blue-screen, CGI stuff. At least puppets are tangible beings...and most CGI is still sloppy enough to look fake despite being realistic.

Seeing as there's rumours of a 3rd season comming up.
And I thought there were only 6 available in English. I don't know enough Japanese to buy those, so i wait and i save up money to buy them when they come out in English.

Krysta- It's still being made in Japan. Just like my favorite series I have such as Nana, Saiyuki, and Skip-Beat. Same thing with Yotsubato! and Sugar Sugar Rune. I hate it now that I have to wait for more books. It saddens me when America catches up so fast.
