Since you aren't providing any contex (do a search on "context" for my usual rant on people asking for isolated terms without context) or even a full sentence, it's impossible to be any clearer.

What's the friggin' point of this thread? If you want to start a discussion about the dance (which is what I'm guessing your objective is), you should ask something like "Do you like the para para dance?". Simple as that.

This was funny. Once I went to this Obon Festival with my cousins and one of their best friends who was Japanese and I asked her about para para dance and she was saying it was for people with bad names who have no lives. LOL

It is something close to like the electric slide or macarena in the US where everyone does the same dance moves en mass.
