Looks like the website is out of commission. That's okay, I was about ready for a break anyway.
I was noticing they're offline. Do you think it is a net problem? Or that the owners of the games have finally caught up with them?

RE: Axis and Allies
Some time ago (March-April) I reported some problems with the page and Scott - creator of it, eventualy replied that he received the mail but lacked free time to repair any of the bugs.
He mentioned that he's planning to do a big reconstruction. Maybe he has got finally some spare time to do that. Or maybe not and he abandoned it altogether.

RE: Axis and Allies
I doubt there are any copyright problems. The only thing the same is the way the game is played. I don't see how the argument of "they created a free game that works just like ours!" would hold up in court.
Maybe it's a server issue. Maybe they forgot to pay their bill or something. The fact that NOTHING shows up makes me think it's more than just a reconstruction. (or maybe a problem while trying to implement the reconstruction)

If Keats nees to take a break to concentrate on Real Life, I'm sure one of us would be glad to volunteer to set up the games until such time as he is able to participate again.
We should wait until we hear from him again on this thread, I think, out of consideration for him and to display a little gratitude for all his work thus far to run the games for us.

Thanks for that Mike. I'm going to sit out for a while, so feel free to organize some games amongst yourselves. I'll PM my list of e-mail addresses to Mike.

Yes, without doubt.
Thank you Keat.
Mike: I would like to politely request inclusion in the next round whenever possible, thank you.

I thought I would just let you all know that I am very aware that it is my turn. I have been trying to take it, but unfortunately the game is having “sending game…” problems with me. I will keeping trying now and again though.

RE: Axis and Allies
It may be a server problem such as we had recently. Just hang in there.
Would the current members be interested in running two games concurrently? And would anyone else be interested in joining?

RE: Axis and Allies
I'd like to take part in the second game, if created.
How many active players are actually here? Keat and Lego are taking pause and we're the rest? One would expect that from 23452 (hey! If I waited for a moment, it would be 23456
) registered members, there would be more of them willing to play
