Hi everyone. Have tried to learn Dutch, Spanish, Turkish and Russian before (without much success), and now I try Japanese. How hard can it be? :D

Welcome, Nice To Meat You Mr. Mats I Am Kurisuchan. How Are You?:D
If you try hard and practice you can learn I have only been studying for about 3 months and I have learned the kana, basic grammer and I know around 10 or so kanji. So if you try hard and want to do it its totally possible. がんばって。

1) Have decent proficiency in Japanese, enough to get around/talk/read/write.
2) Visit Japan for a week or so one summer.

Determination does it all. Anything other than that? I'd say a burning passion ;)
