Before we help you, at least show us your efforts. Nobody is going to just translate it for you if you don't show that you have tried.

Sometimes I think that I'm afraid of thinking, and that scares me.

You might want to take note of the following (from FAQ page):
read here
Especially if you don't know what it says yourself, you might find there's some private information in there that the person who is speaking to you wouldn't want an entire public forum to find out about.
...don't post to the forum asking for entire e-mails to be translated...
Don't post the penpal's private e-mails to you onto TJP unless you have gotten your penpal's permission to do so.

I suggest that you write back and tell your friend that you couldn't understand her message and ask if she could write back in English.

Dude, what you're doing is a serious breach of trust in my opinion. If I had a penpal who posted my personal e-mails on a public message board to get a translation I'd cut all contact. But maybe that's just me. I suggest you remove the text and try to paste it into WWWJDIC's translation service and try to string it together.

These are probably the best, even though the quality of the translations is quite poor. Don't expect to understand much

Good luck! And as hungryhotei said, there's no shame in writing back to your pen friend asking for a translation.
