You might want to take note of the following (from FAQ page):

Especially if you don't know what it says yourself, you might find there's some private information in there that the person who is speaking to you wouldn't want an entire public forum to find out about.

I suggest that you write back and tell your friend that you couldn't understand her message and ask if she could write back in English.

Dude, what you're doing is a serious breach of trust in my opinion. If I had a penpal who posted my personal e-mails on a public message board to get a translation I'd cut all contact. But maybe that's just me. I suggest you remove the text and try to paste it into WWWJDIC's translation service and try to string it together.
