View topic - What is そつか?
I'm betting it's not SOTSUKA (そつか), but SOKKA （そっか） with a small 'tsu'. Perhaps you know "sou ka" (is that right? / oh, I see... / oh yeah... etc). When Japanese speak, they don't always speak in the textbook forms we are familiar with. I think it's a character saying "sokka..."
