Not been recieving my JLPT level 4

I got the first 2 emails and then i havn't had another untill today, which is number 8. Would anyone please be able to give me a link to the missing information or e-mail it to me? I wanted all the information presented in the same way as the e-mails so my folder stays looking organised! Thanks.
