Anyone want to help add kanji to the database?
Anyone want to help add kanji to the database?
I am slowly but surely building a kanji database for this website. I am looking for someone(s) who have at least 300 kanji under their belt and would like to help add kanji for the project. I would supply a list of kanji and a log in to add kanji to the database. Then you would need to look up each kanji in a dictionary to get the pronunciations, probable English meanings, the radical and some jukugo examples. Not all is required, but the more information the better. We would be working on JLPT 2 kyuu kanji.
Anyone interested?

Thanks Ben, I will keep you in mind. Looking up and researching these kanji will help increase your knowledge.
It may take me a day or so to get the backoffice ready.

I know most of the JLPT Level 2 kanji. I could help out. Especially right now, with the spring break coming up...

Bah, this is one thing I can't do; I have about 100 kanji.
Man, the more I learn the more I realised what I've gotten myself into.

yea, i think it might be too much for me t first, but if you could give me the list, i would like to have something to do. I mean probably couldn't do all of that but if you'll still give me a list i could look them up for my own fun.

RE: Anyone want to help add kanji to the database?
Ah, it would be great experience for me because I'm finishing up an ASP and ColdFusion class at school. But I don't know that many kanji. Sorry!
RE: Anyone want to help add kanji to the database?
Well I have thought about it...
And I'd be happy to look/search for the kanji you need.
I got 2 new huge kanji books yesterday and they describe all of the symbols that make up the kanji you look up and it gives great mnuemonics, and the other book i got explains the symbols that make the kanji upand it kives a picture that looks like the kanji to help you remember it.
well even if you dont want my help i will still enjoy looking up kanji for myself.
