Not sure what this is.... (Kana)

I came across a kana (least I think it's kana) that looks like デ except instead of having the dashes on top such as in 'de' it has two small dots under the straight line and to the right of the curve. I've never seen it before an was wonder if anyone knew what it was.

It is probably just a stylized デ, but without context, I can't be 100% sure.

As an aside, I've been logging into this site way too much today. I think I'm addicted.. or just a massive procrastinator. 汗

It's the last letter of a name.

It looks like the german name Friede フリーデ. I think it's just a stylized font.
