These are pretty mainstream but I love them none the less
After watching this and a little spelunking following, I found out about K-on which I a have become utterly obsessed with:

Also, upon reading another posts, I've started watching episodes of Chi's Sweet home on youtube, and I've taken to writing out the script/doing a self dictation of an episode each day.
Also, another show I got into a few years back when I was trying to learn very basic japanese (ok truth be told I just loved watching the intro lol) ピタゴラスイッチ(pythagoras switch)...this is google video since I couldn't find a full episode on youtube, enjoy!
