Konnichi wa,

Could someone translate these for me into Japanese?

What is today’s date?
Today is ___.
Tomorrow is ___.
What is your phone number?
How old are you?
I am ____ years old.
What day is today?

Arigato.
Enjoy today, for yesterday is gone, and tommorow may never come.

A more polite way of asking someone's age is

To what extent is なんさいですか used? The book where I saw it said it was only used with kids, but then uses it later. It also said that you can (obviously I suppose) drop the お from おいくつですか.

I think would be used with kids, or with people you are familiar with. おいくつ is just a more polite way of asking it, and so is generally used with people you don't know, or people you don't want to offend by asking their age.
