Grammar Points for JLPT 3 kyuu

in this page http://www.thejapanesepage.com/grammar/list_grammar.php I can't view a lot of sections,for example "-sugiru" or "kamoshirenai" 
.. Is this a problem of my connection ? Is there anybody with the same problem ? Maybe those pages are not available yet ? What should I do ?
