would you recommend this book for studying for JLPT lvl 4?

Postby Ihatetofu24 » Thu 12.27.2007 11:42 pm

The question I asked is basically implied in the title. I'm studying to take JLPT level 4 as a way to help me master Japanese. I am teaching myself Japanese, so JLPT is a way for me to become more proficient in Japanese via quasi-immersion by studying and practicing.

I am wondering if this is a good book to help study for JLPT level 4.

Will it efficiently prepare me for taking JLPT level 4?

Basically just need recommendations, input, and opinions on the book.

That said, the book is in entirely Japanese I believe (which I reckon would be too hard for a beginner), so, it might be a good idea to get another book to go with it.

Obviously.

But to me, the reason of buying these 4 workbooks is to test myself how many Japanese vocabulary and grammar I can remember.

I'd say if you can understand 90% of the sentences there without referring to a dictionary, you can do well in section 1 and 3. Listening comprehension is another thing.
