Judging from his smiley, I believe the answer MarioGeek92 is looking for is "B" (which is somewhat dated), or "ペッティング", which is rather frank. I can't say I have any idea what the young, cool, and hip are using these days, although apparently what we called "scoring" or "a home run" is these days referred to as "打つ".
