I can't see the beta page with IE7.0, but can see with Mozilla Firefox.

I also could not see it using IE7.0 until I cleared my cache by deleting my browsing history (Tools->Internet Options->Browsing history->delete). After that it worked perfectly.

Interesting that Firefox doesn't have that problem.

If it's finicky on the beta page for IE then I probably can't see it. *sigh* Restrictions of being at school...

The login information *may* change when the move is completed. In the meantime, please have a look around, post a blog, kick the tires... Keep in mind a lot of features are not fully functional.
