A friend of mine invited me to a Taiko show... I've tried to express my experience in japanese... I am not sure it is clear... feel free to make comments and/or to correct my mistakes, wich I would geatly appreciate.

日曜日ショーを見ました。友達は私にびっくりするためにきっぷ買いました。
何のショーですか分かりませんでした。Casino de Paris　へ行って、ポスターを見て、たいこのショーでした。名前はやもとです。
友達はやっぱり私はたいこが好きことを知っていますからこのショーにさそってくれました。
面白かったですから、日本へ行くとたいこのショーに行きたいです。

missing a particle again, I think? Something about the ですか is bothering me, but I can't put my finger on it....

not sure if たいこのショーでした can follow these て forms, as the topic is a different one. (I should have said 'subject')

I don't think と is the right 'and' here. A てform would probably work better.

と cannot be used in that last sentence because XとY has to express that Y is a definite result of X, so it can't be a -tai form. i.e. 春になると、花が咲く (When it becomes spring, the flowers bloom.) Use either て as katafei suggests, or 行ったら if you want to express the notion of "if".

in other words:
日本に行って、すしを食べたい。　(I want to go to Japan and eat sushi.)
日本に行ったら、すしを食べたい。 (If [or "when"] I go to Japan, I want to eat sushi.)

きっぷ買いました is fine if this is an informal e-mail. Formal written grammar demands an を, but you can leave it off here if you want.

Katafei's intuition about 何のショーですか分かりませんでした is right; you can't use -masu forms in the middle like that; just drop the "desu" there and you're fine.

Casino de Paris　へ行って、ポスターを見て、たいこのショーでした is questionable. It might be OK, it might not; I'm not sure myself.

What is "taiko"? Is it 太鼓(Japanese classic drums)?

Yamato is a group of Japanese drummers. They tour Europe on a regular basis.
Tonight I'm going to see tenko and I'm really looking forward to it ^_^
