hello. i was just wondering, which is the most effective way to learn and practice Kanji? through that of relation and relavance to your most frequently used words? or instead by learning (relavent) characters with the fewest strokes? or some other way which i have never seen?...( i only know about 100 kanji, so i'm very new to it and would like to use the most effective system). thank you

Don't learn kanji, learn words. Spend more time learning words your are more likely to use or encounter.

Learning kanji in context is what I would recommend.

Studying kanji is important, or you're likely to get bogged down and intimidated by new and/or complicated kanji. Studying them is also important for being able to write them properly and fluidly. So along with using vocabulary and context to learn them, look at how they're formed and break them down visually as necessary. As you learn more, you'll be able to notice patterns, for example, 巨 拒 距 all have the on-reading きょ　and　坑 抗 航 all have the on-reading こう.
