I'm not sure if I understand the problem. Are you saying you would like global email notifications on? I thought it could be controlled on a per group basis, but I'll try to find that admin screen again--it is pretty confusing to try to sort out.

Please let me know in more detail what the problem is.

I'm pretty sure he means the problem is that he has "do not send email notifications" checked, but he has an inbox full of email notifications.

Sorry about that. I know getting a flood of emails can be very annoying.
