You should go to, "User Control Panel" (top left, below the big phpBB logo) >> "Profile" >> "Edit Avatar". Then upload it from your computer.

Aside from that, I really don't get this double-layered page stuff. I hate to have scrollbars INSIDE a page that has scrollbars -- and that's what the forum inside that framework does. I really like free, standalone forums.

I come to the forum directly via my bookmark link here. Figured I'd throw that out here in case you'd prefer to do the same.
