Language exchange(I'm a Japanese) around Tokyo area

Postby dai_gokuh » Fri 04.11.2008 6:30 am

Hi this is Dai.
I'm a 32 year old Japanese living in Yokohama currently.
I'v been in Vancouver for 1 year and had 2 language partners there.
I'v just come back from Canada so there are nobody to talk with in English.
My English is OK, so far there aren't any trouble but I want to keep up this or hopefully improve more.
So I want a native English speaker who is going to be a language partner.
Of course, I will teach you Japanese in return.
My current address is Tsurumi so anybody living in Yokohama,Kawasaki or Tokyo area and wants to learn Japanese contact me.
I don't care about your age or gender.I'm male.

Just E-mailing a couple of times, and if it looks OK, let's have a meeting.

OK, as for myself, I have just come back from Vancouver.I have been working in child care field for almost 10 years and last year I worked in a day care in Canada.
Now I am on the job hunting and going to have a few job interviews in Tokyo.
I have teacher's certificates for elementary school and daycare, preschool, so I can work as a teacher here in Japan.
Now I am considering working in international preschool making most of my ability and experience.
Actually, I get a job offer from a school and I will still keep on taking job interviews with other schools from now on.
My speaking English is advanced, actually I was once in top class in conversation school before.
This kind of job like international preschool's teacher requires me more fluency not only knowledges of grammer.
I will keep on this job hunting by May and one school has already given me an OK sign, this means sooner or later I will start to work in an international school.
As long as I am working in an international preschool, I think, I should keep on practicing English.

I like Karaoke(I sing '80s and early '90s rock music), Art, Traveling, drinking, doing internet and I love my job very much.I spend quite a lot of time for preparation and study for my job.
