I've gotten a little stuck.

It says: 'To deny somebody permission to do something, you can use the te-form plus はいけません.'
However, it doesn't specify if that is pronounced 'haikemasen', or 'wa ikemasen'.

The sentence is: いいえ、きょかしょを見てはいけません。
