It seems that while incorporating the minimum post to allow usage of the shout box, it didn't grandfather the active members into the count. And after the "5" posts required, it still says that I have 5 required in order to post.

I would suggest the post count be increased, to 10 or 15. (shoot even 20 posts would fine as well) And to allow those of us with post counts above the minimum to be grandfathered in..

That is just on the forums pages which have yet to be truly 'themed.' On the rest of the site it should allow you to shout.

as I was traveling through the forums, I didn't notice that at first. Then when I logged back in, I noticed it was usable, until I went into the forums.

I had the thought the issue was bigger than it was. My apologies.

Even with a 5 message requirement the amount of spam has been reduced considerably.
