Desert Punk - Question about

This could also be in the translation forum, but it seems highly specialized to this Anime, so I am asking it here. When they introduce a new character, they show a portrait of them with a "石少ぼうず". which as far as I can tell means "Little stone monk" but that makes no sense. I only found two hits on Google for this phrase. Any one got any ideas?
