I don't sense much of a connotation of uneducated when "ain't" is used, more so colloquiality. There is definitely a stereotype to that effect in some people's minds though. It can have its tasteful uses despite what orthodox grammarians would dictate.

I don't like rap or all the profanity that follows those two lines.

Rap? I think "Ain't She Sweet" predates rap by a few decades. And I don't see any profanity in the lyrics here.

Well, that's the only song I've heard with those lyrics. Of course, I don't listen to rap if I can avoid it.

質問、また教えてください。
What is "in on" in the sentence below?
The old house looks like it's about to collapse in on itself.
(その古い家は、今にもつぶれそうだ)

"in on"ではなく、"collapse in" "on itself"です。(外へ崩さなく、)奥へ崩して、(誰もその奥にいて、何もそこにあるから)自体に崩す。

Scrape usually implies something sharp (such as a knife blade) is involved (scrape off the loose paint with a putty knife) or that minimal contact is involved (the car barely scraped the post.)
Scrub implies rough action. (Scrub the clothes against the washboard; scrub that dirt off your face.)

It's very clear. I got it.
This is a potato peeler.
You just scrape the potato like this.
And it shaves off paper-thin slices.
Don't scrub those cups with steel wool!
They made of plastic.
You're going to scratch them up.
Thank you always.
