Ok, firstly:

Arigatou gozaimasu: Yes, thankyou very much

Anata no aisatsu wo yoku wakatta: Your greeting was well understood

watashi wa ima nihongo de kakimasu: I will now write in Japanese

Anata wa kore wo tabun wakarimasu: You will probably understand this

Nihongo wo benkyoushite: I am studying Japanese (I am not sure what "Kudasai" relates to in this context

Finally, I don't understand musukashii (perhaps it is two seperate words?) In says something like, "I am fairly "something" but I also have enjoyed this...

Obviously not an amazing translation, but I don't get much practice.

Nihongo wo benkyoushite: I am studying Japanese (I am not sure what "Kudasai" relates to in this context

What it means in this context is what it means in EVERY context it appears in. It's a request. The sentence means "Please study Japanese" -- not "I am studying Japanese."

Kanari musukashii demo omoshiroi mo arimasu.

"It's rather difficult but it's also interesting." Note: the original misspells "muzukashii" and also has some really bad grammar. I assume the sender is not actually Japanese, as this isn't really very good.

LOL! I totally missed that. Sigh.

Okay, I'm upping the caffeine content.
