Have a textbook or grammar book that you find particularly helpful? What about a learning tip to share with others?

I sure hope this is the right sub-forum. Anyways, I have a rather dumb question. I recently bought a Oxford Japanese/english dictionary. I can use the english-japanese part just fine but I'm not sure how to use the English-Japanese half. What order are the words in? Thanks in advance!
I'm not familiar with that dictionary, but my guess is that it is in kana table order. (If it were in alphabetical order (the way the Kenkyusha J-E dicationary is) I doubt you'd be having a problem, and I don't think any modern dictionary uses iroha order.) Kana with voice marks and small kana are grouped with the unmodified kana, so げ comes after け but before けい; きょ comes after きよ but before きゆ, etc.
