Japanese Chatroom?

Does anyone know of a place where Japanese people chat? I have tried the 2chan IRC but I seem to have a problem getting in most of the channels.

http://www.stickam.jp is a webpage where you can enter chatrooms and talk, using microphone and camera as well.

http://www.ohmylove.jp is another option.

Yeah, any suggestions on how to make http://www.ohmylove.co.jp/ work? Or is it probably because of region restrictions? I'm getting a popup and unfortunately I'm not skilled enough to understand it all...(kanji mainly...)

Use Internet Explorer, and make sure you install the client properly.
