I've got a question. I'm looking for a website like Newgrounds or Youtube BUT. For the japanese. Can anyone help me on this?

[url]jp.youtube.com[/url] for your youtube needs. There's a similar site, with a majority of Japanese submissions, but I forget it at the moment.

There's also nicovideo. But you have to register (in Japanese) to view videos.
