明日の日本語クラスは公園に行かない。今日、姉弟はよく宿題を終えた。(Changed verbs to plain form for consistency with previous sentences.)

"今日、姉弟はよく宿題を終えた" doesn't really work because よく has to mean "often" here.

I think 宿題がよくできた works. よく with する always means "often" rather than "well" (AFAIK) but with できる it means "well".
