Rimokon doko ni oitakke?
Im trying to make a comic entirely in Hiragana to help me learn Japanese.
But how would I write oitakke in Hiragana?
would I but a oitakuke inbetween the two ks?

you would put "tsu" in front of the Ke to lengthen the k sound.

you need a small tsu, not a big one... small: 「おいたっけ」 (oitakke) big: 「おいたつけ」 (oitatsuke)
question: just what does that word mean?

Simple past + "kke" is a sort of "asking yourself" question; it has a certain, "now, (where/what/who) was it that (verbed) again?" quality to it.
"Rimokon doko ni oitakke?" is, essentially, "Now, where did I put that remote control?"
