FORUM DOWNTIME announcement

Phreadom will be working on updating the forum sometime tonight (his time EST)--meaning 12-18 hours from now.
There are several large updates which will require some downtime. He will also need to make sure the theme, RSS feeds, and other parts are working after the update too.
The rest of the site will be up--just in case someone wants to write a blog post or something
