I'm now coming up to finishing Japanese for busy people 3, Genki 2, Mina no Nihongo 2. What's next?

Eventually you gotta leave the textbook scene behind and just move into reading Japanese.... after so many completed textbooks, I'd think you are prime... though since I haven't finished all of them myself, I can't be completely sure of that.

Do you really think you need -another- textbook?

This book is kind of like Genki III: An Integrated Approach to Intermediate Japanese (Revised Edition) with 2 CDs

Sairana has a point. Reading is probably the best way to pick up new vocabulary, grammatical patterns, and kanji. BTW we also have Breaking into Japanese Literature and the newer Exploring Japanese Literature--Both of which are definitely worth picking up.
