Have a textbook or grammar book that you find particularly helpful? What about a learning tip to share with others?

Browsing the blogosphere of japanese learning,I came upon this article on Tae Kim's website which then lead me to this article on tofugu.
Basically its taking about this tutoring system for Japanese (and other things) over the internet. Right now they are offering a some courses for free because they are in testing but later on I think they will cost money. If anyone's interested they can go check it out and maybe sign up for a few courses. Personally I think it seems really great, although I haven't tried it. If I wasn't already enrolled in classes at my school I may have given some of the courses a try. You can check out some of the testimonials from people on how they liked the system and then decide If you want to try it. Hopefully this might help some people here advance their learning.
