I live in the Netherlands and I will take the 2009 test in Berlin (or at least I plan to). I'm originally from Berlin so it's the most logical choice for me. (family and friends are there, for moral support ;) )

I don't know yet which level, 4, or 3, it depends on what my teacher says and how much extra study time I can allocate. Sign up starts in Summer I think. Test should be on December 6th. *gets all excited*

But yeah, taking JLPT in Germany. :)

Don't forget that they're changing the number of levels in 2010 so there'll be an extra level between the current 2 and 3. :)

I'm also living in Netherlands.I will take JPLT3 this year in Germany. But now I'm not sure yet where exactly:(
Normally I took JPLT in Thailand for 3 times in the past.(1st for 4 kyuu, 2nd for 3 kyuu and failed 3rd for 2 kyuu)
This year I need to study hard to reach JPLT3 (I was passed it more than 2 years ago)
Can I apply JPLT online? it's seem the way to apply diffirent from my country...

Paris is also an interesting option, but next year I'll be choosing a sunny destiny, like Barcelona or somewhere in Italy ^_^
I did it in Barcelona this December because I live here. Well... in December is not very hot, but al least it was a sunny day, not hot, but it didn't rain. It will not be as cold as in Holland, but it is cold (at least for us). If you come here you'll probalby do it in my faculty at university ^^.
Some people complained because of the bad indications to arrive there, take this into consideration, but they also gave a map and a lot of indications to arrive, so I don't know how people got lost...

Here we can only take the test in Madrid or Barcelona, so both cities are full those days, and our japanese classmates are there helping.

If you finally came here, enjoy our cities.

I am thinking of taking it in Finland this year that I'm going to be there, but.. I think in the dates it is taken I'll be here again.. so I don't know it yet.

This year, it's going to be Rome (jippie ^^)
So consider my command of Italian and the Italian grasp of organisation....it might be difficult to find, too.
The building of the Japan school in Rome is really beautiful, though.

Have fun in Finland. I think there are plenty of people in Finland learning Japanese.

(maybe in 2010 I'll visit you in Barcelona :D )
