Where is the submit button?

No, the person who designed the website fails. It's not hard to design a site to work well in both browsers these days.

Oh, good. At first I thought you meant there wasn't a submit button on this forum with Firefox. :) I didn't think it through, though. I'm using Firefox and I would not have seen this thread without the OP posting it! :mrgreen:

Well I thought to put it here because it was 1. A problem and 2. I don't know what the Japanese submit button says if it were actually on the page.

Probably as good as any, but I guess since it wasn't specifically a grammar question this would be better. Sorry about that.
