writing practice
What do you do to practice writing kanji & kana
>.< I am unsure all the time and think it messes up all the time some strokes are to big some to small! O_O* some kanji get way to big TT_TT
when my printer is working I will print out writing practice pad

1/4" graph paper worked just fine for me. Use 2x2 boxes to start with, writing really big, then move into 1 kanji per box for writing small.

I use a notebook of wide rule paper and a regular pen, but I write in it sideways (vertical script). I've written about 300 pages that way over the last year.

You can download and print out genkouyoushi (the composition paper that Japanese use) from a number of places and print it out for your writing practice.

I just thought I'd point out that it's spelled ありがとう... it's a long "o". ^^;

Well, it depends on how you romanize it. "Arigatoo", "arigatou", "arigatō", and "arigatô" are all used by various romanization systems, though the only correct kana spelling is ありがとう. On this forum we generally say "arigatou", though.
