Most henohenomoheji I've seen and drawn look stern to me because the へ mouth gives me the impression of disbelief. I imagine them saying "I don't believe that".

I think it's funny that your cat is sleeping in every photo you show of him. It's a cute cat. I had a cat when I was a kid, but she was black and thin.

I've always read that as henobenomoheshi, ie I associate the dakuten with へ not し

Yep that's "windsurfing" or "sailboarding".

Despite the size of Australia 83% of the population lives within 50km of the sea. I spent about 6 or 7 years living away from the sea but now the beach is only 250m from my house. With global warming it may get even closer

When I was in Japan in March this year I watched some windsurfer racing in the ocean off Kamakura. It seems to be quite popular there.
