Re: JLPT 2 2008/2009
For anyone wondering where all the posts discussing 十二国記 disappeared to, look in the History and Literature Discussion subforum for the 十二国記 discussion thread.

Re: JLPT 2 2008/2009
Well, it's a bit of a challenge, but I'm thinking of recording myself when reading my piece for next week and then put in on YouTube for a while for FB
(showing only my pc or my cats ruining the place, of course)
I thought it would be nice if we all did this.....?

Nice idea, but I will have to disappoint my cats, sorry, because I won't do it....(time to do it even half seriously is just not there)
You can do my part, if you feel so inclined, I won't mind.

Re: JLPT 2 2008/2009
well, my last lingering hopes of having passed JLPT2 have just been squashed
Writing/Vocab: 63 /100 points
Listening: 41/100 points
Reading/Grammar: 123/200 points
All in all 227/400 points...
It's so frustrating, because I really think my listening skills are not that bad at all....
Oh well, better next year.....In Rome ^_^

「Uh-oh~」 とテレタビーズは言いました。
Someone from the other forum commented jokingly:
"Good luck with the 2級.
2級 is what separates the men from the boys, 1級 separates the Gods from the men."
Anyways, it's not that terrible, I think it's still a good score on reading/grammar. I'm not even sure I can score more than 100 points for that section. The more I try on the exercises, the more I feel like I'm a girl. Don't know when I will be separated from the girl. >_<''
Try again this year?

You probably do not want to be seperated from ´the women´
And yes, this year: Rome!!
Another one of those places I would really like to see!
And yes again, I am quite happy with the other scores although it´s prob more luck than knowledge. It takes me ages to read sth....
I got a nice note from my sensei, which unintentionally included some JLT2 grammar, I´ll post it later (am at work right no, so no Kana....

Sorry for you, Katafei, but at least you took a try, not like some others (I mean myself)...
and selfishly, you have one more reason to stick to the 12 国記。。。
Not so bad results, after all!

Yeah, it would have been nice if I had passed, but I would have done JLPT2 again this year anyway.
This is what my sensei wrote:

得点を見るとそんなにがっかりすることはないですね。
