Woohoo, I've learnt my hiragana!

I just took that hiragana quiz, and only got about eight wrong the first round, and three wron in the second. I actually managed to learn all my hiragana from this site, which is pretty good. Now, on to conquer katakana! :D

well done 8-) Doesn't it feel good to finally make sense of all that? It just looked like squiggles before to me.

Yeah, now I need to get kata, and start building a vocabulary. Of course, there is grammar and Kanji to cope with.

Hehe, that's great!!!
About 6 months ago, I could read/write both Hiragana and Katakana, even though some Kanji:D. For some reasons I couldn't continue, I really miss them:(
Luckily, I still remember how to encourage myself:D

Ganbatte kudasai!!!;)

よろこび。

Over the weekend I managed to do some more work on getting カタカナ memorised. I like to do so via games and I found http://genkienglish.net/genkijapan/menu.htm to be a VERY good way of learning. Try games 1-4. Of course your milage may vary :)
