Book's JLPT Level
I am currently studying for the JLPT Level 2. I have gone through quite a few reading comprehension practice books, and am currently using Kenkyusha's Chukyuu Kara Manabu book.
When I finish I want to go onto something a little more challenging.
Do those of you who have read this think that it would be appropriate for studying for the JLPT Level 2 Reading Comprehension?
Thanks,
Dan

Re: Book's JLPT Level
Well, in fact, i didn't read it but i know a great website where you can practise your reading comprehension, vocab, grammar & kanji for the whole four levels. You can subscribe for your seven day trial, after that go to the 'learning center' at the top of the page and click 'Browse All Tools', then, at the left side you'll find 'JLPT practice texts' if you click on it, you'll see a big amount of practising texts. I am sure you'' get benifit of it, since it's pretty useful.
Try it!

Re: Book's JLPT Level
I think so. I am in my third year in university and the textbook we use is Chukyuu Kara Manabu Nihongo. Our teachers told us that the level we're supposed to have at the end of this third year is equivalent to what's required for 2kyuu. Now, it is true that we study other things than this book, but normally, if you completely master it (kanji, grammar and vocabulary), you shouldn't have troubles passing the test.

Kurisutoさん
OPの質問は、『夜のくもざる』という村上春樹の本のことではないかと思います。
ついでにい言えば、今年の1月からdanmc15さんの投稿はないので、見ている可能性は低いかと。

お気になさらず。
私も「View active topics」からフォーラムに入るので、勘違いすることがよくあります。
『夜のくもざる』は、文字が大きく読みやすい小説ですが、おもしろいかどうかは意見のわかれるところだと思います。少なくとも村上春樹の代表作とは言えない本です。
