あなたオバマ大統領（President Obama）に似てるって言われたことはないですか？
Have you ever had the chance to be said you are look like President Obama?
Is this OK?

Has anyone ever told you that you look like President Obama?
英語は日本語ほど受け身形を使わないので、"you are said" または "you are told" という表現よりは "people tell you" の方が自然です。例えば次ぎの様な文:
ちょっと変わってるとよく言われます。
