Online Japanese/English Dictionary with pronunciation guide?

Well, basically what the title says. Could you please help me find a good Japanese/English dictionary that you can click on a word and it will be pronounced to you? That would be so helpful in my studies. I want to make sure I am saying everything right (I am doing self study).
