Link from TJS to TJP

I did a quick search around to see if this had been mentioned and didn't find anything so... Like the title says, there should be some sort of link on TheJapanShop.com to take us to TheJapanesePage.com. I always find it very annoying when I go check something out on TJS and then I don't have a quick access back to TJP.

Maybe it's just me, but I thought it'd be useful.

There actually is one right under our mug saying, "Use our FREE Japanese learning site." But I'll try to add something more visual Maybe above the Twitter graphic to the right...

In the center of the page, in the box where it shows the iPhone and the small picture of Clay and Yumi. In the text in that same box there is a link to TheJapanesePage in the line that reads "Use our FREE Japanese learning site - [opens new window] Your purchases help keep thejapanesepage.com up!"

The words "FREE Japanese learning site" are the link back to here.

(You can use CTRL-F in your browser to search the text on the page to find the right spot if you're still having trouble seeing it. )

But I have to say, that is a VERY small link. >.< An actual icon or so would be better.

Hehe. Well, I don't really want people to leave TJS too soon. But you are right. I should have a clear link to TJP. I want TJP to succeed every bit as much as TJS.

I'll mark that down on my to-do list.

EDIT: Actually, maybe I will ask Phreadom to work on it--He is a true graphic designer

I totally understand that! But when you think about it, if people also come to TJP, they might get even more enthusiastic about learning Japanese with all the interesting things (and people) that TJP has! Which with lead them to buy more stuff for learning!

Yep. I like how it looks, but I will need to redo the $5 download picture on TJS to make it match the new TJP graphic size. Then it will look more natural.

Or I could just redo the 2 little ones to be the correct width, as they're the problem.

Either way, but I would like to shrink that big $5 ad pic so it will look more consistent.
