Do you have a translation question?

The dreaded V-te-Iru

Hi, i'm finding these really difficult. Can someone check them for me ... i find the distinction between punctual/durative/transative ... etc really tricky. I'm given some passages to translate into English. (in brackets is my guess)

(Is my copy ready yet?)
(i'm sorry, not yet)
(At roughly what time will it be ready?)
(It will be finished/ready soon)

(Do you have any nice fish today?)
(yes good customer, we have some in today today)
(whic are your new ones?)
(how about these ones, they are delicious!)
(Wow!They're still alive)

How do these look?

Thanks.

They look good. Just a tiny adjustment; but for naturalness I'd change "good customer" to "Sir/Ma'am" . Also I assume the second "today" is just a typo, correct? :D

Haha, of course ... Sir/ma'am (how did I not think of that?). And yes, it was a typo.

Thanks Becki :)
